NGF Film Festival and The Frida Cinema present the hilarious 1995 anthology comedy Four Rooms, held as a fundraiser for NGF’s upcoming 2017 Film Festival!

**Joining us will be special guest Lana McKissack, who stars in the film’s chapter “The Misbehavers” as young hotel guest Sarah! **

Door open at 7pm; Film starts at 7:30pm!

Featuring stories directed by four of the mid-90’s most celebrated independent filmmakers - Allison Anders (”The Missing Ingredient”), Alexandre Rockwell (”The Wrong Man”), Robert Rodriguez (”The Misbehavers”), and Quentin Tarantino (”The Man from Hollywood”) - Four Rooms takes place on New Year’s Eve at a Hollywood Hotel, where new bellhop Ted (Tim Roth) has been left on his own to tend to an increasingly unusual group of guests and situations. Between a domestic dispute and a demented entourage, spell-casting witches and destructive children, Ted has little hope of making it through the night in one piece. A cavalcade of stars including Antonio Banderas, Lili Taylor, Bruce Willis, Marisa Tomei, and even Madonna star in this indie farce that launched the Tarantino-Rodriguez collaboration that lives on to this day.

We are excited to welcome Lana McKissack to join us after the screening, and share her stories working with Rodriguez, and screen parents Banderas and Tamlyn Tomita, in what is easily the best and most side-splittingly hilarious of the film’s four tales.
